This is AMAZING! All the ingredients are mixed together and poured into a pie tin, but when it cooks it forms its own crust with filling! Impossible Pie has a coconut vanilla taste just like a coconut cream pie, turns out perfect every time! Grab a fork and RUN because it won’t last long!!
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour all purpose
7 tbs butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Put the milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and sugar in bowl and Mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured pie plate.
Sprinkle nutmeg and a little extra coconut over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, let it cool down. Refrigerate until nice and cold.

Chocolate Saucy Cake
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp maple syrup
3/4 c milk
1 C sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 C boiling water
Preheat oven to 350.
In a 9×13 glass baking dish, melt butter and pour into the dish.
Meanwhile in a bowl, mix together the 1 1/4 cups of sugar, flour, baking powder, maple syrup and milk. Pour over top of butter, don’t stir it.
In a separate bowl mix together the cocoa and remaining sugar.
Sprinkle cocoa/sugar mixture on top of batter. Do not stir.
Pour the 2 cups of boiling water on top of that and bake for about 35 min
