Easy Chicken Parm
what you need
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp garlic plus
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can spaghetti sauce, I used primo romano cheese and basil
shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a cookie sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs well. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, parm cheese, basil, oregano, garlic plus, salt and pepper, mix well. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat well in breadcrumb mixture and place on cookie sheet. Once all are done, bake in oven for 45 min. Once done, take out and spoon a good amount of sauce on each piece of chicken, then top with Mozzarella Cheese. Place back in oven for about 10 min.

I did 12 at a time so I made this for each batch of 12
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon garlic ( I used granulated garlic)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon La Grille Barbecue Chicken spice
1 teaspoon pepper
Preheat over to 350
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to toss chicken wings. Add wings and toss until evenly coated. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and sprayed with cooking spray. Continue till you have all your wings coated. Bake for about 1 hour
Cauliflower Chicken Alfredo
3 tablespoons butter or
1/2 lb bacon diced
4 large chicken legs cut up
4 medium garlic cloves
1/2 cup red peppers
1/4 cup celery
2 tablespoons Green onion
2 cups sour cream
1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Fry cut-up bacon in butter until crispy, set aside in a bowl or on a plate.
Save the fat and sauté cooked chicken and garlic in the same frying pan.
Set aside when the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Sauté the peppers and celery. Set aside.
Add sour cream to the pan and let boil for a few minutes.
Add parmesan cheese, bacon, chicken, peppers, and celery. Salt and pepper to taste.
Lower the heat and let simmer.
Cut up cauliflower and cook on stove top or microwave, drain well.
Add the chicken and sauce. Stir and serve.
Top with green onion if desired
