OK Here It Is…Put Your Big People Panties On!!!!

I hear allllll the time I can’t lose, I am to Tired, i’m sick of looking in the mirror, my scales are wrong, I can’t do that, can’t figure out why i’m gaining weight. And Thousands of other excuses. That’s the key word people!!!

~~~~~~~~EXCUSES!!!~~~~~~~~ AND YES WE HAVE ALL DONE IT <3

Excuses are like that jelly filled donut you just inhaled when its gone so is your guilt!

If You want to get in shape do something about it! Get up, turn off that tv, Turn on the radio, Grab a cloth and dance away dusting your house!

Go Outside breathe some fresh air and pull some weeds, chase your kids around the yard. Have no kids! Chase the dog!

Take a walk every day i'm up to a mile now. Grab some hand weights or ankle weights make the resistance greater. You don't have to walk far just walk build up the distance in time.

Money is tight your mind isn't! Create things to keep you on the go! It only takes minutes.

You work all day fine park further away from the building, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Lunch time walk to the salad bar NOT McDonalds. Drink your water, stay away from the vending machines. Bring your own healthy lunch!

You sit at a desk all day fine do some butt crunches, hold those abs tight, Stand Up and do some squats. Anyone asks tell them you lost your chair! Who cares do it for you!!! <3 <3
