Lisa’s Pickled Eggs

I have been making these Pickled Eggs for a very long time, they are so easy to make and very very good. They are ready in 3 days to eat, but I always like to leave them longer πŸ˜€ I usually make 3 dozen at a time when I make them πŸ™‚

Equipment

  • Pot
  • large canning jars
  • messing cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 doz Eggs hard boiled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups Vinegar
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions
 

  • These are the ingredients for each doz you make. I made 3 doz so I tripled the quantity.
    Cook you eggs as you usually for hard boiled eggs.
    Once they are cooked peel the eggs and add to a jar, with onions and garlic, I, layer mine.In a pot on the stove combine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and dry mustard and bring to a boil, pour into the jar. Let cool and place eggs in the fridge. Let sit for at least 3 days.EnjoyΒ πŸ˜‰Β
