SUPER YUMMY – A MUST TRY!
Honey Garlic Roasted Chick Peas
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup raw honey
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp coconut oil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and spread evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish. Roast at 425 degrees for 20 or so minutes, gently mixing every 5 minutes until the desired “doneness”.. I prefer my chickpeas chewy versus crispy, so 20 minutes is perfect.
