This is my Rhubarb pie recipe, its sweet and tart and OH so yummy 😀
3 cups rhubarb cut up
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons flour
Lisa’s Rhubarb Pie
What you need
1 uncooked pie crust3 cups rhubarb cut up
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons flour
Pre- heat oven to 350. Add cut up rhubarb into a pie crust. In a bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients, make sure you mix them together well. Pour over rhubarb and bake in the over for about 50 min or till center is set.Enjoy
