OMG YUM!! Baked Potato Skins ( in the oven)

On a baking sheet,lined with tinfoil, or parchment paper…sprinkle on some olive oil, sea salt & pepper.Add your skins and lay out as evenly as possible. Sprinkle some more olive oil, sea salt & pepper over the skins.Bake at 350-400 until golden brown & crisp, turning them over and watching they not stick. When nice & crisp,add your bacon pieces ( already cooked),green onions or chives,and shredded cheese.Cook until cheese melts. Don’t be scared to let the skins get nice & crispy before u add the ingred. on top, as they will soften up some from the cheese!
